EXPLORATION MANAGEMENT

Hendrick Resources Limited/Hendrick Resources (Ireland) Ltd management has extensive local and international expertise in both base and precious metal prospecting and development.

Founder Dale M .Hendrick, P. Eng. has nearly 60 years mining experience and will provide technical and financial support to the Company. Following a 25- year career with Kerr Addison Mines (a 10-million ounce Au producer), Dale formed Dale M. Hendrick & Associates in 1989 to provide technical and financial consulting services and for over 20 years has demonstrated an excellent track record of providing advice to both junior and senior mining companies as well as institutional investors. He has served as a director and senior officer with a number of public limited companies over his long career. He is a Life Member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and was awarded a CIM Fellowship in 1999. He is also a Life Member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Graham Reid P. Geo EurGeol is a geologist/geophysicist with over 30 years’ experience working in the mineral exploration, geotechnical & oil industries. He has worked in several challenging regions including Western Europe, Greenland & Africa. Graham assisted in choosing and applying for the current HRI ground holding, and is managing the on-going exploration of the block.

David Blaney, P. Geo, B. Sc., EurGeol, M. Sc. is experienced in project management and all aspects of mineral exploration including target generation, geological mapping, drill supervision and core logging. He has held responsibility for environmental monitoring and implementation of environmental policy for a number of major international mining companies. A founding member of the Institute of Geologists of Ireland and a long standing member of the Irish Association for Economic Geology. Dave has worked in a variety of regions and environments, including: Canadian High Arctic & Western Europe. He is currently involved in the technical management of the Pallas Green lead/zinc project in Limerick.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

All ground exploration work will be carefully planned and monitored by local teams. Landowners and stakeholders will be consulted prior to any access to the land. HRI is committed to follow best practise to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and subcontractors.
